Future You 2026

Join Oscar van der Leij and Jasper Loos as two of the speakers at Future You 2026, a one-day event for IT professionals centered on growth, inspiration, and meaningful conversations.
Event Overview
Future You is back in 2026 with a fresh format: one central day rather than a week-long tour across the country. Hosted at Buitenplaats Kameryck, a beautiful event venue in the heart of the Netherlands, the afternoon and evening are dedicated to your growth, both as a professional and as a person.
The program opens with Rockstars Live in the plenary hall, followed by a session on brain-friendly working that explores how your brain functions in daily work and what it needs to keep performing well. After dinner, the evening continues with breakout sessions delivered by Network Leads, Impact Leaders, and Rockademy speakers.

The path nobody explains: how to become an architect or principal
Oscar van der Leij & Jasper Loos
You are an experienced developer. You are good at what you do. And then what? The step toward architect or principal consultant is one that rarely appears in a job posting or training brochure, yet colleagues have made that step.
In this interactive Q&A, Oscar van der Leij and Jasper Loos talk openly about how they found their way. Not the polished LinkedIn story, but honest answers to the questions you actually want to ask:
- What knowledge and skills made the difference?
- How do you develop yourself beyond the purely technical?
- How do you position yourself with a client when your role shifts from delivery to advisory?
- How do you use your network and the Rockstars organisation to grow?
Bring your questions, the conversation is there for you.
