AI Circle - Engineer of the Future

An exclusive session for IT leaders exploring how AI is reshaping the engineering profession. Research, practical cases, and peer exchange on what the future holds for software engineers and their teams.
Event Overview
The next edition of the AI Circle focuses on the engineer of the future. What is changing, and what will continue to change, within the engineering profession?
During this session, research will be presented on the impact of code assistants, the expected evolution of roles and skills, development needs, and the impact on teams.
How will the software development process evolve today, in two years, and in five to ten years' time? AI will not only accelerate the profession, but fundamentally reshape it. Some engineers may disengage as the nature of the work changes, while others will be drawn in because the work becomes more engaging and meaningful.
We will explore what this shift requires from teams, leaders, and organizations. How do you create space for growth, curiosity, and new forms of craftsmanship when the exact direction of change is still uncertain? What will the engineering team of the future look like? And how should organizations approach the development of junior engineers in light of these rapid advancements?
There will be ample opportunity for inspiration, reflection, and the sharing of experiences. Participating organizations typically operate in large-scale, complex IT environments, with corresponding challenges related to people, governance, and security.
Please note: the AI Circle is exclusive to IT leaders with a strong AI focus. To ensure a confidential setting where experiences can be openly shared, participation is limited and availability is restricted. After enrollment you will be contacted to confirm your attendance.
